Orientation

Students who are admitted to the Avery Point campus will be invited to attend a campus Advising and Registration Workshop. Workshops are offered in May and June for students admitted for the Fall semester, and in December and January for students admitted for the Spring semester.

The Advising and Registration Workshop includes information on how to be a successful student, how to make good choices when building a class schedule, talking with an academic advisor about your goals, and instruction on how to register for classes via the internet.

A letter explaining requirements for newly admitted students will be mailed to all new students upon receipt of the entrance deposit, with additional information available on the Avery Point website.

Questions regarding Advising and Registration workshops should be directed to the Student Affairs Office, (860) 405-9024.
