Country Glen Luxury Apartments - Built in the early 1990's
- 1 bedroom apartments, 1 - 2 students: $998
- 2 bedroom apartments, 1 - 3 students: $1210
- 3 bedroom aprtments, 3 students: $1495
There are 350 units in the complex. Washers and dryers, air conditioners, and fireplaces in each apartment. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and racquetball court. Clubhouse with widescreen TV and playground. Electric heat, garbage disposals, and patios or decks depending on the floor. No application fee and the security deposit is $500. Credit check.
La Triumphe Apartments - Built in the late 1980's
- 1 bedroom: $975 - $1050
- 2 bedroom: $1075 - $1175
There are 293 units in the complex. Washers and dryers and air conditioners in each unit. Electric heat. Outdoor pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fitness room and clubhouse area with outside basketball and tennis courts. Balconies or patios and playground with BBQ area. Gated access with excess storage area. Application fee $25 per person. Security deposit is a minimum of $500 and a maximum of 2 months rent. Criminal and credit check.
