This month in the Academic Center (November 2009) New!

Midterms are over and we are now crusing into the second half of the fall semester. The Academic Center has been a busy place for tutoring sessions, so if you want to be sure to get the help you need, it is always a good idea to schedule an appointment as early as possible. Click here to see our up-to-date schedule by subject. Call or drop by, or visit our schedule and appointment information page to request an appointment.

If you are taking a calculus course and would like to take a Gateway exam (for extra credit), you will find the exam sign-up sheets here in the Academic Center. Exams will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays in November until the Thanksgiving holiday break.

Thanksgiving break is the week of November 23rd through the 28th. There are no classes that week, and the Academic Center will be open by appointment only on Monday 11/23 and Tuesday 11/24. The Academic Center will be closed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of Thanksgiving week. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

The Library will also be closed on Wednesday (11/25) and will reopen again on Monday 11/30. Otherwise, the library will be open for their regular hours in November (Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m-7:00 p.m., and Fridays 8:30- 5:00 p.m. Stop in and see the new furninture and configuration.
